Precautions:

2.Correspondence between DTR / RTS and RST / BOOT
UART0: DTR controls RST0, RTS controls BOOT0
UART1: DTR controls BOOT1, RTS controls RST1
3.Output mode
BOOT0 push-pull output 3.3V; RST0 is open-drain output
BOOT1 and RST1 are both open-drain outputs
