How to Use of CJC5288 NiMH Battery Charger Module

LED Status Indicators:

  • Solid ON: Power on, not charging
  • Slow Flashing: Charging in progress
  • Fast Flashing: Output short circuit or battery count mismatch
  • OFF: Battery fully charged

Configuring Battery Count (Resistor Selection):

Mode Battery Count Configuration Instructions
S1 1 Battery Remove resistor at S2, keep resistor at S1
S2 2 Batteries Default setting (keep resistor at S2)
S3 3 Batteries Keep resistor at S1, move S2 resistor to S3 position
S4 4 Batteries Keep resistor at S1, move S2 resistor to S4 position
S5 5 Batteries Keep resistor at S1, move S2 resistor to S5 position
S6 6 Batteries Keep resistor at S1, move S2 resistor to S6 position
S7 7 Batteries Keep resistor at S1, move S2 resistor to S7 position

Setup Steps:

  1. Determine number of batteries to charge (1-8 cells)
  2. Configure resistor placement according to table above
