GY-906-BCC is an infrared thermometer module based on the MLX90614ESF-BCC which is designed to be able to measure object temperatures without having to touch the object's surface directly. This module is quite small in size and has quite high accuracy, making it suitable for application for measuring human body temperature.
Specifications of MLX90614 GY-906-BCC Infrared Temperature Sensor:

- Measurement temperature: -40 °C to + 125˚C for sensor temperature and -70 °C to + 380 ˚C for object temperature.
- Accuracy: 0.5 °C (in the temperature range 0 °C to + 50 °C)

- Field of View (FoV): 35°
- It has a "Thermal Gradient Compensated" feature so that measurements are relatively more stable against changes in ambient temperature.
