How to use Portable Spot Welder Machine

1. Short press the button to turn on, long press the button for 3 seconds to turn off;
2. After powering on, the module is in automatic welding mode and welds once every 2 seconds;
3. After turning on the machine, you can change the output power of the spot welding machine by short pressing the button, and the blue light indicates the gear;
4. Ensure that the battery welding surface is free of rust and clean and smooth;
5. Make sure the nickel sheet is clean and flat;
6. When the welding head detects that it is in contact with the metal, it can output once, and it can be welded again after lifting it up;

7. Set up the spot welding machine, and press it with appropriate force to make the welding needle and the nickel sheet, and the nickel sheet

   and the battery have good contact, without any If there is no bad contact when it is suspended, it can be welded.

Different nickel sheet thicknesses use different gears. The greater the power, the better the effect. You can try which gear is more suitable.
