The SHT21 is a standard version humidity and temperature sensor IC in a 6 pin DFN package. It has become an industry-standard in terms of form factor and intelligence. This device provides calibrated, linearized sensor signals in digital I2C format. The SHT21 sensor contains a capacitive type humidity sensor, bandgap temperature sensor, and specialized analog and digital integrated circuit on a single CMOSens chip.
