How to Use

  1. Interface Connections:

    • Connect the MA MB MC phase line outputs to the motor.

    • Use the 5V GND terminal for the motherboard's 5V power supply.

    • Connect the VCC GND to the main DC power supply.

    • For direction control, connect the direction control interface to the forward/reverse control signal.

    • Use the speed control input for adjusting speed via an external 0-5V analog signal or onboard potentiometer.

    • Connect the Ha Hb Hc +5V GND for Hall signal input, ensuring correct polarity.

  2. Special Instructions:

    • For PWM signal input, remove the jumper cap and set the PWM signal to 0 momentarily for stability.

    • When using analog input, the onboard potentiometer can adjust the speed.

    • Forward/reverse rotation and brake are controlled via a high-level signal.

  3. Debugging:

    • Ensure proper connections of the motor’s phase lines and Hall signals.

    • If unsure, test with low voltage (7-12V) and low current (1-2A) and adjust Hall signal wires until the motor operates smoothly.

Precautions

  1. No Fuse: Install a fuse in the power supply circuit as the module does not include one.

  2. Power Polarity: Reverse connection of power supply poles can cause irreversible damage to the board.

  3. Overcurrent Protection: The module has overcurrent protection, but avoid artificial short-circuits to prevent damage.

  4. Matching: Ensure the motor’s voltage, current, and power ratings are compatible with the drive module to avoid damage.
